YOUR BODY IS A MACHINE!

GIVE IT THE RIGHT FUEL! ;-)

My dear friend, hello! :-)

Imagine the feeling in your mouth, when you wake up...

Dry, smelly, weird... right? :-D

So, as you wake up drink from 0,3 l to 0,5 l of water.

Straight away!

Then do your other stuff you need to do and proceed to your breakfast!

You should eat your breakfast max in 30 minutes after you wake up.

If you do so, your body use as much energy from it as it can and boost you for the day.

SO, WHAT TO EAT?

- Egs ( NO OIL! )

- ANY Whole fresh fruit or vegetables (NO JUICES OR OTHER SWEET DRINKS!!!)

- Cheeses (NO ADDED SUGAR - READ INGREDIENTS!!!)

- Coffe or Tea (NO SUGAR, NO HONEY, NO MILK)

- 1 slice of bread

- Nuts

- White yogurt (NO SUGAR)

WHAT NOT TO EAT?

- Cereals

- Juices and Soft Drinks

- Sauseges

- Sweet spreads

- ANYTHING WITH ADDED SUGAR!!!

 

If you feel like urge to eat something sweet, help yourself with fresh fruit, ok? ;-)

There are much more tips and ,,rules" of course, bud we have to start with those small steps first!

Maybe start just with the glass of water on empty stomach.

BUT DRINK IT EVERY DAY!

CREATE A HABBIT OUT OF IT!

Day by day, minute after minute... That's how big changes are done! ;-)
