I know, that it hurts and I know, that it is not easy, but we are in this together...

Soooo... About this workout...

We will work on your legs, on your tempo, on your hearth, on your whole body...

ALL OF THAT IN LESS THEN 10 MINUTES! ;-)

So, please, try to do your best!

Push yourselves, motivate yourselves and imagine yourselves in the future!
