TODAY IS YOUR DAY OFF!!!

Friends, hello! :-)

Days OFF are important part of our healthy Life style!

As long, as you do your workouts also :-D.. Not just having all days off :-D

Your body needs to regenerate and to have some rest.

And you need it too! :-)

We are not working out to hate it, WE WANT TO LOVE IT!

So sometimes it is great to have a break ;-).

So here are some tips, which helped me and also to my family and friends.

Sure they will be great for you also! So, let's jump right into it, ok? :-)

 

1. STOP USING ELEVATORS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! USE STAIRS!

2. ARE YOU THIRSTY? DRINK ONLY WATER!

3. WORK OUT FOR THOSE FEELING AFTER YOUR WORKOUT! BE PROUD!

4. SOFT DRINKS ARE MAKING YOU FAT AND SICK!

5. CARPE DIEM!!!!!

 

I'm not forcing (just recommending :-) ) you these tips and many of you wan't even try them...

I'm pretty sure of that, because success and happiness aren't for everybody!

They need strong will and dedication...

But I'm glad, that you are thinking about your change right now.. That's the right start! ;-)

OUR LIFE, SUCCESS AND HAPPINESS STARTS IN OUR HEAD! ;-)
