5. DAY

LET'S START LIFTING SOME WEIGHTS

AND BURN CALORIES!

My dear Friend, hello!

Do you remember, when I told you, that it is soooo much important to work out on our legs?

So, here we go again :-D.

And we will use some weights also!

BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO!

If you will feel, that it is pretty hard to do this workout with some extra weight, don't use it!

It is ok, just if you will move with me using only your body weight.

But if you wish to feel some extra burn and enjoy some extra challenge, do as I do! ;-)

IF I COULD DO IT, YOU CAN TOO!!!

I was over 100 Kg, so I do understand, how hard it is...

So we are in this together, side by side! ;-)
