When I was fat and unhealthy as hell, I didn't know sooo many things...

I thought, that we have to spend hours in the gym, spend thousands for permits, special drinks and foods and machines, coaches...

AAAAHHHH! I was soooo stupid! :-D

You know, maybe not really stupid, I just didn't want to do the hard work :-D.

Must be honest to myselve, right?
