ONE WEEK TOGETHER!!!

YOU ARE SO GREAT, FRIENDS!!! ;-)

Dear Friends,

it is so great to see, how you work out with me and how you change for better!

So many Magicians do their workouts with me every day, so  many Friends, so many Fans, my Mother and My Brother, so many Artists, who wants to stay in shape on the road! I dont't know what to say... I'm happy! :-)

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU!

So, what to eat before our Magic Workout?

- One banana

- One white yogurt with NO SUGAR!

- One cooked Potato or sweet Potato

- Fist full of Nuts with NO SUGAR!

 

That's enough for today ;-).

Optimal time is 30 - 40 minutes before your workout.

And obviously choose only one item :-D.

Listen to your body and try to understand it!

Except that time, when it wants sugar, cakes, soft drinks, sweets...

THEN IGNORE IT AND BRUSH YOUR TEETH INSTEAD! ;-)

TODAY IS YOUR DAY NUMBER 7 AND IT IS YOUR DAY OFF! ;-)
