THAT'S YOUR WHOLE TODAY'S WORKOUT! ;-)

We need to prepare your body for our future journey, so that's why you need to do that short plank workout again as couple days before :-).

So first do the cardio video and then go to the plank once again!

It is JUST 13 MINUTES!!! Give it everything you've got to be ready!
